Pro DJ Link compatibility between XDJ-AZ and RMX-IGNITE

I recently purchased the new XDJ-AZ and the RMX-IGNITE. Both are premium flagship products equipped with LAN ports, but they cannot sync via Pro DJ Link. When trying to activate the Beat Sync feature on the RMX-IGNITE to use the Sampler and Sample Roll, it gives a "SYNC FAILED" error every time.

The internal mixer of the XDJ-AZ should be able to act as a Link server to export the Master tempo data to an external effects unit, just like a DJM-A9 or DJM-V10 does. Using the Sample Roll without LAN quantization causes the audio to drift, making it impossible to perform live loops accurately.

Please, we need a firmware update for the XDJ-AZ to enable full Pro DJ Link compatibility with the RMX-IGNITE.

Thank you.

Imagine Apple releasing new AirPods Pro 2 that are not fully compatible with the flagship iPhone 17 Pro. That would make little sense.

The RMX-IGNITE and the XDJ-AZ are both current flagship products from AlphaTheta. Both feature PRO DJ LINK connectivity, yet they cannot properly synchronize with each other.

This appears to be a firmware limitation rather than a hardware one, and hopefully something that can be addressed through a future update.

Please, AlphaTheta team, consider making this a priority. Right now, my brand-new RMX-IGNITE is sitting next to my brand-new XDJ-AZ, and I can't use some of its most important sync-based features as intended.

Thank you.
