Copying Beatgrid from USB to Rekordbox not working

I adjust the beatgrid for my tracks directly on my xdj-az and would like to copy them back into rekordbox, so they don't get overwritten whenever i add a new song onto the USB and Sync the playlist.

Rekordbox seems to have two built in functions for this, neither of them working:

- Sync Manager: "Cue Grid Info" - runs for 0.5 seconds and then closes without the beatgrid adjusting

- Right Click on USB: "Update collection". I've even tried going into the USB's playlist, rightclicking a track directly and trying the "Update collection"
