Critical rekordbox issues on multiple Macs — crashes, failed backup, and recurring relocate problems

I’m using rekordbox professionally at events, and recently I’ve been experiencing several critical issues that make the software unreliable during live performances.
Main issues:
- rekordbox crashes approximately once every hour during use.
- The “Backup Library” feature constantly fails and does not complete successfully.
- Many tracks repeatedly require “Relocate” even after I already relocate them successfully. The same files lose their paths again and again.
Important details:
- I use Cloud Library Sync / cloud backup.
- The exact same issues are happening on a brand new MacBook that is only one week old, so it does not seem related to old hardware or a damaged computer.
- This started recently and did not happen before.
- The issues happen during live events and are seriously affecting my workflow.
I would appreciate help understanding whether this could be related to:
- Cloud Library Sync,
- database corruption,
- Dropbox/iCloud/external drive syncing,
- file permissions,
- or a known rekordbox issue.
