DDJ-GRV 6 not connecting to Rekordbox

I started this request on June 3rd. I get one repsonse a day. I paid for a contract and now it doesn't show up under my account and I am stuck using a free Rekordbox account. The tech support here is awful. It's 2026 and they are answering one email a day. Any help would be appreciated,
