Couldn't connect
So I tried to play on CDJ 850 the other day on PC mode and i couldn't it kept showing connection but never gave me the option to choose deck one or deck 2. The Mixer i was using was the Rane Twelve MKII and everything was loading up onto the laptop except when trying to use the CDJ 850 on PC mode I'm not getting through. I was using Serato DJ pro What do I need to do?

The CDJ-850 should work with Serato DJ Pro in HID mode, so the fact that it only shows “Connected” suggests the HID connection isn’t completing...
Make sure each CDJ-850 is connected directly to the computer via USB and switched to PC mode.
Serato should then prompt you to select the deck (1 or 2).
Also make sure you’re running current CDJ-850 firmware and the appropriate Pioneer/AlphaTheta driver. The Rane TWELVE MKII can be used alongside the CDJs, so that combination itself shouldn’t prevent the 850s from connecting.
If it still only says “Connected”, I’d check the USB connections/ports and then the Serato hardware setup!
