Cancel free trial
I didn't think I had any plans activated but on my rekordbox appliction it says trial at the top. I don't want to use this since my old DJ board is way to complicated to connect with this. Why is it so complicated to cancel a subscription? On top of that it says that when the trial runs out it transitions into the free plan, but there is a 'free plan' that you have to pay for and one that is actually free. Which one does it transition to? I don't want to pay for this.

This sounds like a new / fresh installation of Rekordbox. What that free trial is, a 30 day preview of Performance mode. You get that with a new install on new hardware. There is a FREE (100% free plan) and also the FREE +Cloud plan (just cloud storage for your tracks) that you pay for just the cloud storage portion. I myself use the FREE non Cloud plan as I have all my tracks stored locally.
I tried the Performance mode, but my gear is older, and not much use to me with Performance mode, so I'm sticking with Export mode. Which is 100% free, and fine for my use case.
After the 30 day trial you will revert automatically to the FREE plan. You have to signup and subscribe to use the +Cloud option.
