XDJ-AZ Out of Box Playing Deck 1&2 in Channel 1
Hey all, Sorry if this is a silly question, but I have tried 2 different XDJ-AZs now, and both out of the box are playing all decks in channel 1 only. Needless to say, when using the crossfader and pushing to the full B side, everything cuts out.
I have checked Crossfader settings and Deck 3-4 inputs, and all seems well. I'm not sure what setting is messing this up. Seems like an odd out-of-the-box issue. Can anyone help direct me to where I can go to fix this? Thank you in advance!

Does the same thing happen when you load songs from a USB drive?
If there are no problems with songs from a USB drive, you might want to check the settings in Serato.
@tomo Unfortunately, it does. It happens when using it simply standalone without software. It doesn't seem to matter.
