I need help updating my DDJ-RZ and Rekordbox

Last time i updated my controller i screwed it up and had to send it in for Pioneer to update themselves. Is there a contact number i can contact someone directly to help me update my controller? I submitted an Inquiry under displacetv@gmail.com. Can anyone comment the direct number i can call or any other help?
