XDJ-AZ MONO SPLIT PROBLEM

I'm looking for a fix:

When I'm in MONO SPLIT mode, I can only hear the cued track, not the Master. I should be hearing one in the left ear and the other in the right, but that is not the case for me.

I'm in standalone mode, the Mono Split option is enabled in the mixer section, the Master track's channel fader is up (CUE OFF), and the upcoming track's Cue button is ON (with its channel fader down).

My "MIX" knob is in the middle (CUE / MASTER) and my "LINK CUE" button is OFF (even when turned ON, it doesn't change anything). Also, my crossfader is disabled (THRU).

I can't tell if it used to work with the old firmware because when I bought the unit, I updated it on the same day. I am wondering if the update changed a default utility preference or how the headphone circuit routes the Master output when a channel Cue is active.

What could be the problem or, should I say, the solution?

If you can help me, my email is lucsouliere@gmail.com

Thanks guys
