I want to copy music from my PC to RekordBox and transfer it to a USB drive, but I can't. ( My USB drive is still empty )

You would need to import music files into rekordbox first by drag and drop or with the top tool bar.
Then you would need to analyze them in rekordbox and then export them to USB.
Right click on a playlist in rekordbox -> export playlist -> choose USB.
