FXL-10 Effects Limited After Update

Hello, 

I was wondering if anyone with a FLX-10 or any other model of newer controller has had their effects limited in the latest update. My effect selector knob is not registering several effects and will just skip some. Like I will move from Eningma Jet to Spiral without the unit giving me the option to use Trans or Reverb. There are other gaps where effects are "missing" as well. 

If anyone has a fix for this, I would greatly appreciate it.
