XDJ 1000 Mkii functionality with DJM S7

I'm curious about adding XDJ 1000 MKii's to my set up because I already use the DVS with my record player. Will I still be able to use my mixer with the pads? For example, I would like to use the mixer to control the hot cues or beat jump with the pads available. 

If this would not work then would I need the DJ PLX-CRSS12 or is the a different idea you have?
