DDJ-FLX10 Master Out Dirty Signal

I am wondering if anyone knows why this may be happening to me. Whenever I have nothing playing, and everything turned down, all faders down, all trim to 0 and booth + master at 0, and I look at the signal on my QSC K10.2, and then just slightly turn the master up, I get a signal on my QSC speaker. I have tried different XLR cables, different speakers, different boards, different surge protectors and everytime, it's the same little dirty signal showing up on my QSC speakers.

Any ideas on how to fix or correct this issue? I did update to the latest v1.14 maybe a few months ago though, I can't say if that was the issue or not.

I also know that the power adapter for the board doesn't, by default, have a ground on it; it's just two prong.

Any help or suggestions would greatly be appreciated.
