Feature Request – Per-Deck Jog Ring Color Assignment for DDJ-FLX10

Dear AlphaTheta Team,

First of all, thank you for creating the DDJ-FLX10. It has become my favorite controller, and I really appreciate the continuous firmware updates.

I would like to request a new customization option for the jog ring illumination.

Currently, the Jog Ring Color setting allows either:

• one custom color for all decks
• or colors linked to Track Separation (Stems).

It would be extremely helpful to have an additional mode where each virtual deck could have its own user-defined color, for example:

• Deck 1 – Red
• Deck 2 – Blue
• Deck 3 – Green
• Deck 4 – Orange

When pressing the DECK SELECT button, the jog ring would automatically change to the assigned color of the active deck.

This would provide immediate visual feedback about which deck is currently being controlled, especially during fast 4-deck performances. It would significantly reduce mistakes when switching between Decks 1/3 and 2/4 while keeping the current Stems color modes available as optional alternatives.

This seems like a firmware-only feature since the jog ring already supports multiple colors. I hope you will consider adding this option in a future firmware update.
