Subject: Rekordbox 7.2.14 – Sync Manager freezes at 26% when exporting to SanDisk Extreme Portable SSD V2 1TB

I am experiencing a reproducible issue with Rekordbox Export Mode using Sync Manager.

System configuration

• Rekordbox: 7.2.14
• macOS: Tahoe 26.5.2
• Device: Pioneer XDJ-RX3
• SSD: SanDisk Extreme Portable SSD V2 1TB (SDSSDE61-1T00)

Issue
When performing a full Sync Manager export to a freshly formatted SSD (MS-DOS FAT / Master Boot Record), the export consistently freezes at approximately 26%. Rekordbox becomes unresponsive and must be force-quit. No error message is displayed.

Troubleshooting already performed

• SSD reformatted multiple times (MS-DOS FAT, MBR).
• Disk Utility First Aid completed successfully with no errors.
• SSD connected directly to the Mac (no USB hub).
• SSD connected through a Satechi USB-C hub.
• Exporting a single track works correctly.
• Some individual playlists export successfully to 100%.
• The issue occurs during a complete Sync Manager export.
• Another SSD used only for incremental updates works correctly.

Could you please advise whether this is a known issue with Rekordbox 7.2.14 or if there are any diagnostic logs I can provide?
