CDJ-3000x low resolution waveform
Im playing a file over link from my laptops rekordbox, the 3000x take a long time to load songs where my cdj 3000 is fine. And i also noticed the waveform is a lower resolution on the 3000x vs the 3000, anyone else notice this?

I’d separate the two things here.
The slower loading is interesting, especially since you’re comparing the same Rekordbox Link setup with a CDJ-3000 on the same network. The 3000X does support Link Export, so I’d first check whether the delay happens with every track or only certain ones.
For the waveform, make sure both players are using the same waveform color/division/position settings before comparing them. The 3000X has separate waveform display settings, so a different setting can make the waveform look quite different even with the same track.
If you’re seeing a genuinely lower-resolution waveform with identical settings, that would be interesting. I’d be curious whether anyone else can reproduce it with the 3000 vs 3000X over Link Export.
