1500x with A9 not working with laptop

Hello, sorry I’m a newbie when it comes to CJ‘s and working with the laptop with the record box I’m an old-school vinyl DJ but just got these new 1500 exes and I’m having trouble connecting them to my laptop without using a USB. Is this possible I have my type C plug plugged into the computer? I’m not using the Link Hub as of right now still waiting for my Hub network. Any help would be great.
