XDJ XZ Asio not working at all

I was trying to setup the XDJ XZ on my computer but the Asio doesn't work at all, also windows doesn't detect any output either I reinstalled the driver several times, I tried it in three different computers with no success, is it normal that it shows ups as XDJ XZ (1)? I will be so glad if we can make it work!
