DDJ-Rev7 firmware update stuck at 99%

What should I do if my Rev7 is stuck at 99%

-left it plugged in for about an hour
-All other programs are closed
-Tested with different usb cables
-Attempted with different laptops
-Tried to restart by holding Slot 1 and Slip (on left deck)
-USB-A port used
