DJM A9 Freezes temporarily during Serato playback (serato not freezing)

hi. Frequently my DJM A9 will stop playing audio when using Serato. I have everything updated to the latest firmware/software. It has been happening since I got the mixer.

Serato audio waveform is still moving but the sound out of the mixer stops for like 3 seconds then comes back on.

Laptop is in great working condition and powerful. no USB hub being used. plugged in to power supply.
