DJM V5 keeping turning off after a few minutes

DJM V5 keeping turning off after a few minutes

Then I get a flashing red light on the TALKOVER button and I have to disconnect the power cable for a minute to turn the unit completely off.  I reconnect the power cable, turn it on but after aprroximately three minutes it turns off again.

Any help?

Hi there,

Please try restoring the factory settings.

1 While pressing the [TALKOVER (WAKE UP)] button, press the [POWER] button. The [FACTORY RESET] screen appears. 2 Press the [CUE] button for CH 1/CH 3 to select [YES], then press the [CUE] button for CH 2. 3 Press the [POWER] button to turn the unit off.

 

If the issue persists, it's advised to have this unit inspected at an ASC. You can process this via the repair center below.
