My DDJ Grv6 has been broken for 6 months

My grv 6 has been broken and in repair for over 6 months. They are telling me that pioneer is taking too long to send the parts and that they are having trouble getting in contact. I spent over 350$ on repairs and I’m getting extremely frustrated not being able to contact anyone with a response. Any suggestions?
