Rekordbox 6.8.5 & 7.2.16 keep crashing "Unexpected Application Error"

I have searched every where for a fix and I still can't find a solution. Basically i click on a playlist scroll down on the tracks and the "Unexpected Application Error" pops up and crashes. Or i just click on a certain playlist and it does the same.

I've backed up my rekordbox library multiple times, backed up the actual files behind the library, deleted the database, re-imported the data base took out my asus dual rx5500xt-08g-evo (2019) graphics card thinking it was the display driver, updated the original display driver (intel motherboard). and still nothing. i've triple cleaned installed both versions of rekordbox with Revo uninstaller and i still get the same error. I've tried the change value to 0 thing disable GL and still nothing. I've scanned the system files and no problems.

I dj fulltime for a living and i strictly dj on usb's. so not being able to work on Rekordbox this week is really setting me back.
