DJM V10 URGENT HELP, NO OUTPUT THROUGH EITHER A OR B HEADPHONES, HARDWARE ISSUE?

Im really scratching ny head here, tried factory reset, flashed back to 1.2 and back to 1.3 again, multiple headphones, all four jacks, nothing, has it got be a hardware issue now? Is it possible that they both go at same time, I thought they were seperate cicuits? Or is the cue section faulty??

If you’ve already tried multiple headphones, all four jacks, a factory reset and different firmware versions, I’d stop chasing the headphones themselves.

One thing I’d check before calling it hardware: with a track playing, set the HEADPHONES MIX to the middle, press MASTER CUE, and slowly raise the relevant A/B LEVEL. That’s also the basic test AlphaTheta recommends for the V10.

If neither A nor B produces anything, even with MASTER CUE, while the mixer is otherwise outputting audio normally, then yes, I’d start suspecting the headphone/cue section rather than a simple setting.

At that point I’d get AlphaTheta service to diagnose it rather than keep flashing firmware.

Hope this helps! 🙏🏼🎶
