Spotify playlist on rekordbox show empty list (0Tracks)
Hi!
I saw that this is a problem that occured in the past and that Spotify released a fix in May 2026 so that the playlists do not show empty. However, two weeks ago July 2026, my Spotify playlists started showing empty and the problem isn't fixed yet.
Is this problem on Spotify or Rekorbox? Is ther an ETA for it to get fixed and the integration to start working again?
(The problem started after the release of Rekordbox V7.2.16)

Multiple users have reported this issue and we told Spotify, who told us that they fixed the issue.
But I saw that some customers are still having the issue.
Do you still have this same issue even with latest rekordbox version 7.2.17?
Yes. I have this issue in versions v7.2.14, v7.2.16 and v7.2.17.
I re-installed them multiple times, cleaned the cache, restarted the PC and the problem remaind.
I will tell the engineering team to contact Spotify and let us know once the issue is fixed by them.
I am having the same issue, had a free version of 7 and was able to link Spotify and see all tracks/folders. now updated to 7.2.17 and icon has disappeared, its ticked on preferences/layout but cannot get the icon to appear? Any ideas?
