Dear Rekordbox / AtlaBase Support Team,
I am using a Pioneer DDJ-FLX10 controller with the latest version of Rekordbox DJ in Lighting Mode.
I have recently purchased 4 units of the following moving head lights:
Manufacturer: 4PZ / Generic
Model Name: Lyre Sharpy LED Beam + Wash 7x40W 4-in-1 RGBW Zoom
Available Modes: 23 CH / 35 CH / 51 CH
Currently, I am trying to run them in 23 Channel Mode. I tried using alternative profiles from the library (such as SHEHDS, Betopper, and U'King), but none of them work perfectly. The main issues are:
Pan/Tilt Movement Speed: The fixtures move extremely slowly during "High Energy" scenes. The software's automatic speed commands are not mapped to the correct DMX speed channel of my specific light.
DMX Direct Control / Manual Mode: I cannot properly override and control the Zoom, Colors, and independent movements manually in Performance Mode.
Could you please create a dedicated, accurate fixture profile for this 4PZ 7x40W Beam+Wash (23CH) light and add it to the Rekordbox Fixture Library?
I have attached a photo of the DMX Chart (23CH mapping) from the user manual to this message so you can map the channels (Pan, Tilt, Dimmer, Strobe, Zoom, RGBW) accurately.

Dear Sir or Madam,
I would like to inquire why I have still not received a response to my previous inquiry, despite the fact that one full week has now passed, even though you state that inquiries are answered within 2 hours, or within 48 hours in case of a high volume of requests.
I find it particularly disappointing that when a subscription payment is overdue, you are able to contact customers almost immediately, whereas an inquiry submitted by a customer can remain unanswered for an entire week.
In my opinion, this approach cannot be considered sufficiently customer-oriented or professional.
I kindly ask you to review my previous inquiry without further delay and provide me with a substantive response as soon as possible.
