DDJ FLX10 with SERATO Hot CUE issue

I’ve just bought the DDJ FLX10 and I’m having sound issues when I activate cue points on the controller’s pads;
When I trigger a CUE point, I get no sound and I have to trigger the relevant CUE point several times to get the sound.
Has anyone else encountered this problem?
The drivers, software and hardware are all up to date, and I’m using a 2017 MacBook Pro with 8Go of RAM running on macOS Monterey
