(Urgent) Troubleshooting GRV6 for Laptop (Windows) Rekordbox

Rekordbox support has been completely unhelpful for the last week, and they have stopped responding to me.

I have been using my GRV6 on my windows desktop pc for months. I am about to move to college, and I need to go portable. My laptop is a 2026 Lenovo Yoga Slim 7, and Rekordbox refuses to acknowledge that its a harware unlock device. I am using the same cable that I used on my desktop for months.

Furthermore, the GRV6 is recognized in the device manager, and audio settings.

When in Rekordbox, there is no controller shown under "control device info" yet a notification pops up in RB stating "You are using the free version and Rekordbox cannot be controlled using this controller. Either upgrade your subscription or plug in a hardware unlock device.

I have my GRV6 plugged in to an external charger as well as the laptop, I also have the laptop plugged into a separate charger.

Please help!
