Hi there,
For playlist creation within rekordbox, please see pg.39 - https://cdn.rekordbox.com/files/20260807093645/rekordbox7.2.18_manual_EN.pdf
To export the playlist to a USB drive, right-click the playlist and select Export Playlist > Choose USB drive.
To create a permanent playlist directly from a tag list on standalone hardware (like Pioneer DJ CDJs or an all-in-one system), open your Tag List screen, press the MENU/UTILITY button, select Taglist Menu > Create Playlist, and confirm by pressing OK
