flx10 sound color fx button stays on when the pot is at 12 o'clock
This happens periodically, not every time, but frequently. When the pot is turned back to 12 o'clock, the sound fx remains on while the button is active. The only way to get it to stop effecting the sound is to turn off the button. Turning the button back on will cause the fx to start again without turning the pot. This will go away after some time and then start again.

When I called on the phone I was told two things
They could not answer questions on the phone.
I would find help quickly here from the moderators who are pioneer techs.
It has been several says and I am out of time. The flx10 get's sent back and I'll look for something else.
Maybe make it so that the people in your phone center can answer basic questions. She didn't even want to hear what my question was.
