Chordcat: Set note manually for drums

The notes of a drum track are fixed. This causes issues in cases where the Chordcat acts as a sequencer and the input notes of the target device do not match the note output by the Chordcat. When making music on the fly, the internal sound generator of the Chordcat is useful. Therefore, switching to a polyphonic audio track is not a viable alternative.
