Chordcat: Check MIDI behavior on startup
If starting the chordcat with another synthesizer hooked up as a slave, the other synthesizer shows an error message for receiving faulty MIDI messages from the Chordcat. This was observed with a Roland SH-4d and a Yamaha MU5.
