Usb export and Rekordbox 6 & 7 issues

Hi everyone, I'm having ongoing issues with USB exports from Rekordbox 6.7 on Mac OS Tahoe. I use SanDisk Ultra Dual Drive Go USB-C drives (128GB and 256GB), formatted to FAT32, and export my music through Rekordbox Export Mode. Some tracks work perfectly, but others show E-8305, E-8306, or E-8302 errors on multiple Pioneer players, including CDJ-3000s, CDJ-2000s, XDJ-RX3, XDJ-AZ, and XDJ-XZ. My Mac and Rekordbox show all the files correctly. I also have Rekordbox 7 installed, using the same library. Has anyone experienced this issue or know how to fix it without deleting my Rekordbox library, playlists, or cue points? I have resorted to using Rekordbox on my laptop at gigs, but have had this issue for a while on multiple different types of san disk usbs. Any help with this issue would be great
