DDJ FLX 10

I'm having an issue with my Pioneer DDJ-FLX10 while using Serato DJ Pro.

During gigs, the left deck will suddenly stop responding, the music stops, and the Quantize button starts flashing red. The controller becomes unresponsive on that deck and the only way to get it working again is to disconnect the power for around a minute and then restart it.

This issue happens randomly and can be very disruptive during live performances.

Has anyone else experienced this problem with the DDJ-FLX10? If so:

• What was causing it?
• Did you find a permanent fix?
• Was it related to firmware, USB connection, power supply, or Serato settings?
