Master Tempo causes vocal artifacts during transitions – DDJ-FLX10 / rekordbox 7.2.18

Hi everyone, I’ve finally managed to isolate an audio issue I’ve been experiencing with my DDJ-FLX10 and rekordbox. The problem occurs when Master Tempo is enabled. During transitions, especially when changing the BPM, the vocals can become noticeably distorted/unstable and develop unpleasant artifacts. I tested the exact same transition with Master Tempo disabled, using the same tracks and the same BPM changes, and the vocals sound completely clean. So far, the difference is very consistent: Master Tempo ON → vocal artifacts during transitions Master Tempo OFF → clean sound My current setup: Pioneer DJ DDJ-FLX10 Lenovo Legion 5 i7-12700H RTX 3060 32 GB RAM Windows 11 – clean installation rekordbox 7.2.18 FLX10 ASIO driver 1.100 STEMS Engine installed 256-sample buffer I initially thought the problem might be related to STEMS, CPU usage, ASIO, USB, Windows, etc., because I was also experiencing occasional spikes/stutters. However, after doing a clean Windows installation and testing everything again, I noticed that the vocal distortion can be reproduced specifically by enabling Master Tempo. Has anyone else experienced this with the FLX10 and rekordbox 7? Is there a specific Master Tempo/time-stretch setting that can improve the vocal quality while keeping the key locked? I can also upload a video comparing Master Tempo ON vs OFF using the exact same transition if that helps. Thanks!

Nothing work. If I go above 512 samples, it sounds even worse.
