Hi,

I have just received my DJ controller and connected to Spotify to play music and learn more. However, when I try to load tracks, I get the following message:

“You have exceeded the streaming limit for this track. Please try again in 0 seconds.”

Can anyone help me with this?

Could you please try with previous rekordbox version 7.2.17 and see if same occurs?

Multiple customers have reported that the issue does not happen with version 7.2.17. 

We are currently investigating the issue with Spotify in the latest version and we apologise for the inconvenience.
