Lighting Fixture Channel Issues

Why are some channels not controllable (*2) in Rekordbox lighting? I have a LaluceNatz Lightbar and by using different fixtures I can get those channels to work (Amber, White, etc) but when I select the correct fixture it has half the channels as not controllable. I mainly am trying to get the warm white (Channels 3-14) to work. This shouldn't be that difficult because like I said I'm able to get it to work using other fixtures but then that causes other channels to not work. PLEASE HELP!!!
