Serato Crashing with DJM V10

Hello! I'm hoping someone is able to help me out. this issue has been driving me absolutely insane.

Im running Windows 10, Intel 9th Gen i7 (9750H) 16GB RAM.

At home i have a V10 which only gets used with vinyl and traktor, which has never given me a single issue. When i play gigs i use Serato. I had an event the other day where the venue had a V10 and when i went to run serato it opened, got stuck and crashed. Tried again thinking the program got stuck on a random process and nope, froze and crashed again. Ran to my car and grabbed my REV7 which saved me.

When i get home i tried to reproduce the issue and boom, same exact thing. V10 connected, I run Serato and it freezes and crashes. This does not happen with Traktor or Rekordbox. I spent a good 4 hours trying to crack this, tried every trick in the book to get this to work and i could not. I ran Logfile to see what exactly the program is getting hung on and causing the crash and with that information i tried to do what i could and again, absolutely nothing was getting the issue fixed. I completely deleted the v10 driver and re-installed it, updated serato, and nothing. Only ONCE which i think it was by luck did serato run and "work" with the V10 connected but the program ran TERRIBLY.

Heres the funny part, If i disable/ delete the native windows v10 driver ( not the alphatheta one) serato opens and does not crash but it stays trying to connect to the v10 for a good min and once it times out and gives up on the handshake.

If anyone could help me here id greatly appreciate it.
