DDJ1000 SRT Restarting/Losing Power

I received this board as a gift 3 years ago and have been having good success with it for the most part. About a year ago, I had an issue where the board randomly cut off and reset in the middle of my set. I thought it was a fluke, but once I got going again, it happened a second time. I immediately assumed I was pushing too much power even though I was well under all my levels. I turned the master volume down via the controller and was able to make it through the rest of the set. My fix at the time was going with a different surge protector and that seemed to fix it for the most part, or so I thought...Around that same time I also started seeing the "no audio driver" error on the jog wheels. Managed to fix it once, but then it went right back to that error a few weeks later. Thankfully that error has not caused any issues other than inability to use the jog wheel displays.

Fast forward to today, I have had the same issue happen at the same venue and also at one other over the last couple weeks. I am still using the same surge protector that I initially thought fixed the issue. This time, I tried lowering the master volume, and the board continued to reset about every 5-10 seconds after a reboot. It is now at the point of being unplayable. I have updated drivers, updated my computer, tried different cables (except power cable), and nothing seems to fix the issue. I would try to replace the power cable, but they are a nightmare to find as most of what I see is amazon junk and I have heard that those cables are useless.

I'm honestly out of ideas. Has anyone had experience with this? Is it a power cable issue? Is it a driver/firmware issue? Does the board need to be sent off to be serviced for internal issues? What could be causing this?
