XDJ-RX3 one-second latency issue

Hi there,

I'm experiencing a one-second latency issue at the restaurant where I DJ, specifically between the XDJ-RX3 controller and the speakers. There are no issues with the sound in my headphones. However, whenever I adjust the volume, start a track, or perform any other action on the controller, there is a delay of one to two seconds !! It's impossible to mix under these conditions...

Do you have any ideas or leads on what might be causing this?
