FLX4 output issue

Hey all! Running my FLX 4 to monitors via RCA and using rekordbox.

The controller is responsive (jog wheels everything works)

I get sound when my output is set to my computer

But when I set the outputs to the FLX 4, nothing comes through my monitors or headphones

In my PC settings it does say "driver unavailable" for flx 4

I've updated my computer and installed and reinstalled the f l x.

Any suggestions?

2. In Windows Settings > Sound > Output, is “DDJ‑FLX4” selected?

If it is selected, please change the output device back to your PC’s built‑in audio,

“Speakers (Realtek Audio).”

Please also check the following -

Windows 11

From Privacy & security > Microphone, turn on Microphone access

Turn on "Let apps access your microhone"

Turn on "Let desktop apps access your microphone"

Windows 10

From Privacy & security > Microphone, turn on "Allow apps to access your microphone"

Turn on Allow desktop apps to access your microphone

Then, in rekordbox, select the FLX4 as the audio output in preferences > Audio > Audio Configuration
