Connecting rmx-1000 and rmx-ignite simultaneously to DJM-V10

Hello,

Is it possible to connect a rmx-1000 and a rmx-ignite simultaneously to a DJM-V10, and use them both at the same time?

I have the rmx-1000 connected to the mulit I/O send/return (using 1/4" jacks) and the rmx-ignite to the Ext 2 send/return (using 1/4" jacks). The mode on the DJM-V10 is set to 1/4" jack (the yellow light next to the word "jack" is solid). The on/off button is blinking in the multi I/O section of the mixer (top right, above the lcd screen). "Channel select" is set to "master".

Everything on the rmx-1000 is working correctly. The input and output meters on the top left of the rmx-100 are both working.

However, the only thing on the rmx-ignite that works is the "sample roll" and the "sample trigger" section (bottom left of unit). Everything else on the unit is not working. The "lever FX" and "isolate FX" sections do nothing. The back of the rmx-ignite unit is set to "send/return"

Am I missing something or is there another way I should be connecting them?
