i have a DDJ-FLX4 .

i connected the controller to my laptop and connected the speakers to the controller but still there's no sound coming out of the speakers

Hi there,

Please try the following steps to connect devices:

[Procedure]

  1. Close all applications on your PC.
  2. Connect the FLX4 to your PC.
  3. Launch rekordbox and check its operation.
     

If any issues occur, please check the following:

  • In rekordbox, go to Preferences > Audio > Configuration, and confirm that DEVICE is selected under Audio.
  • At the bottom of the Configuration panel, verify that FLX4 is displayed under Control Device Information.
