[SOLVED] KUVO entry form issues | country not available in the drop down list

Hi,

I have 4 leads to install KUVO boxes here in Costa Rica, unfortunately they can register since they can't complete the form due to the fact Costa Rica is not among the available countries.

Is there a solution that can be implemented or a work-around so we can move forward with the process. One of the venues is a DJ Mag Top 100 Venue.
