How to contact Russian-speaking support?
I can't find information to contact Russian-speaking support! I bought a dj controller from a previous owner. The license key has already been activated on his Account. Can I untie the key from his account and connect it to mine? How can i do this? All the documents and the key itself are on the card with me.

Sorry, the previous owner will have to contact Pioneer DJ Support through a ticket here to request a license deactivation, we are unable to remove activations for other users.
