Email sent to support team days ago but no answer
My problem is simple but want to make sure if it can happen or the seller is tricky.
Bought a ddi rz controller and the seller sent me the rekordbox dj licence code few days ago and he also said that it has been deactivated on his account but when I try to activate it it says error 19 it can be used only with one account meaning he did not deactivate it or something can be wrong?Pioneer team did not answer me for about 5 days now and don't know what to do.Please let me know your thoughts about this.Is it really can happen that he deactivated and its still saying its used with another account?Can it be a long delay on this?

did you email them or do a "inquiry ticket" on the Rekordbox website? Usually going through the site and choosing inquiry and filling in the blanks gives a lot faster result then anything else in my experience
