DDJ SB3 not connected
when I try to connect to the PC Win 10, the flsh on 1 second then gone, I try to download the latest firmware and shows Your DDJ-SB3 in not connected Error ID 0x0E21.
I updated the Serato DJ Pro to the newest version still not working

The problem could be that your computer is not providing adequate power over the USB connection to the DDJ. Please try using a different USB port / different USB cable.
But I tried different computers, it happens same situation, I also bought a 3.0 usb cable to connect, still not working

Have you fully updated Windows to the latest version?
Sorry for the downvote, I am using the phone web version, it just a mistake click. I already updated the windows and serato to the newest version
Can you please try updating the firmware (even if you already have the current version)?
It shows me: your ddj sb3 is not connected, error code 0x0E21
In that case, there is an issue with the hardware and it will require servicing - please contact an authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or serviced.
