DDJ SZ oscillator and rekordbox

Hello, 

Understand from different docs and demos online that for DDJ-RZ, the samples/effects used on oscillator section can be modified to other effects/samples viz rekordbox dj software. (please correct me if I am wrong). 

So with that in mind, I wonder if the same applies for DDJ-SZ when using it with rekorbox dj (instead of serato DJ) - can we change the oscillator content effect/samples ? or in the DDJ-SZ it's pure hardware and thus cannot change it. 

Reason I am asking is because I am upgrading and hesitant between RZ and SZ - I would for now prefer to go for SZ to keep flexibility to use serato AND rekorbox as they they both have bits that I prefer sometimes to the other and the only remaining question is that one for oscillator :)
