DJM S11-SE Faceplate

Hey Guys!

I was on the pre-order for the DJM S11-SE and straight out of the box ive noticed that the face plate was very bouncy and was not sitting correctly with the frame. At first it didnt bother me much before because i wasnt djing much other than at my house for a few hours.. but since ive been back at work its really starting to be a bit of a bother. I have videos i can attach showing the issue but there is no video attachment link on this forum.. it possible to get a new face plate for the lower half of the mixer?
