The short answer is no; there are no keyboard shortcuts for the EQ controls.
The long answer is you could set it up if you use a virtual MIDI application that could translate keyboard input to a slider / knob input and then within rekordbox, use that MIDI signal as the input for the EQ. Unfortunately we are unable to provide support for that kind of configuration.
